Over 35 years he has started, led, grown and exited technology businesses across Australia, the UK, Europe, the USA, Singapore and South Africa, and has raised capital for his own ventures around the world, including negotiating and finalising a multi-million Pound investment from bp Ventures and Woodside Energy.

Brian Scott
Brian spent 25 years as a corporate and M&A lawyer in London, Sydney, Jakarta, Singapore and Perth, including 10 years as a corporate partner at Herbert Smith Freehills. Since then he has worked with listed and private start-ups and growing businesses as a consultant, company secretary, board adviser, director and owner, on growth plans, restructurings, capital raisings, acquisitions, joint ventures and exits. With 18 years based in Singapore and Southeast Asia, he brings experience supporting companies across the region.
